Welcome Coaches! We hope you find this landing page helpful. Thank you for partnering with the Greeley West Booster Club in an effort to best support our Spartan Athletes! Below is some general information to ensure a successful year. Please email us at boosterclub@greeleywestboosters.com with any questions!

  • Please have a representative at each meeting for broader input. This can be you, an assistant coach, or a parent.  It does not have to be the same person at each meeting. Some teams appoint a single person for every meeting, some teams have a person that communicates with coaches and other parents to make sure someone is at each meeting. 3+ absences will trigger a conversation with a Board member about strategies for attendance. 
  • Coordinate help at Booster Club events and fundraisers.  Most often this means sharing communications (or your representative sharing communications) with your students/parents and signing them up for shifts to volunteer (i.e. helping set up at the Craft Fair or Car Show, submitting sticker designs). Our community appreciates seeing GW students at events.  Many coaches use these as team building opportunities to work in a different capacity with their team. 

  • Nominate an Athlete of the Week. The Athlete of the Week Nomination Form is available below. 

  • There are two ways to utilize funding through the Booster Club. The first way is to use funds that are in your Sport/Activity Account. These funds should be used first in most circumstances. The second way is to apply for grant funding from the general Booster Club Account. Grant funding should be used in special situations and will be put in front of Booster Club Members to vote on. Both of these funding sources are separate from balances held within the school's Finance Department. 
    • Follow spending protocols for your sport/activity account. Maintain a positive balance and submit receipts for reimbursement. Spending over $1,000 must be approved by the AD or other Admin. Please contact the Treasurer for a current balance. Your account balance is also available to review at Booster Club Meetings. The Expense Reimbursement Form is available below. This should be emailed to treasurer@greeleywestboosters.com

    • Follow grant funding request process. The Grant Funding Request Form is available below. Requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to each meeting at which you’d like it to be considered.
